A Bronx take on a Christmas ale - using amburana wood to infuse the beer with holiday cheer instead of the traditional spice additions in the kettle. Mild pleasant bitterness with a blend of vanilla/cinnamon/oak/chocolate on the nose. A grassy and mildly spicy and citrusy palate washed over additional notes of vanilla and oak on the back.
