Our FIRST SOUR BEER! A Berliner Weisse, conditioned on Dragonfruit, we got her down to 4.7pH prior to boil, then let it sit on Lactobacillus Plantatarum in the kettle for 35 hours, dropping all the way down to 3.33pH for a tart, but not overly piercing, sourness.
