Thoughtfully designed to be more than just a dark colored IPA
Thoughtfully designed to be more than just a dark colored IPA, we used our base Pilsner malt with a blend of European caramel and roasted malts to add character and depth of flavor. We chose a blend of Simcoe, Cascade and Columbus hops for our first release of this style that pours a dark black color with a robust mocha tan head and a full-bodied.
