Candy Cane Mind Over Matter is an 8% double chocolate milk stout. We took our big milk stout base recipe that is brewed with lactose and cocoa nibs and conditioned it on lots and lots of peppermint. Our goal with this beer it to give you as much flavor as our 10+% Imperial Stouts but in a more manageable ABV. Notes of peppermint patties, candy canes and the holidays.
