Hidden Cove

A fun new variant from Kane!
Hidden Cove was brewed with two-row base malt backed by flaked oats and wheat, with a touch of light crystal malt for added body and foam retention. It was hopped with Simcoe Pellets in the kettle and Simcoe Cryo in the whirlpool. It was then dry-hopped with a combination of Simcoe Pellets and Cryo, Citra Pellets and Cryo, and Mosaic.
