Shamrock Shake PO

A Good Variant!
This year we wanted to make a variant that was
inspired by the classic Shamrock Shake. To achieve
that sweet and creamy flavor we conditioned
the stout on a generous amount of peppermint
and Madagascar vanilla beans. The result
is a decadent yet balanced beer with sweet
vanilla notes and a bright mint finish.
