Dropping Fruit PML

From The Dropping Fruit Series
Brewed with Pilsner and malted wheat and soured with Lactobacillus in stainless before going to the kettle. Once in the kettle we added a small amount of Czech Saaz and lactose to balance the acidity. It was fermented with our house ale yeast with a bunch of pineapple and mangoes.
