Summer Moon

New From Kane
Summer Moon is our 7.8% IPA with a heavy dose of Cashmere hops. Cashmere is another hop that we really liked when we were out a hop selection this year. This year’s harvest had some great tropical fruit aromas that we couldn’t wait to try for the first time in a beer. It was brewed with American two row, spelt, oats, and hopped with a bit of Citra in the whirlpool. It was dry hopped with Cashmere and a small amount of Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado to round out the flavor.
