Mousse IPA

A new BRUT IPA
Mousse is a new 6.5% Brut IPA. Brut IPAs are a new style of hoppy beer that we are excited to explore. This beer has our same extreme IPA hop rate, but is very dry, almost reminiscent of a glass of champagne (hence the name). The result is the hop character you love but dryness that allows superior crushability and balance. We hopped this beer with Columbus Hop Oil, Lemondrop and Hallertau Blanc hops.
