A new German aroma hop
A new German aroma hop bred to combine the sensibilities of southern hemisphere hops and old school german flavors. To amplify its fruity profile we added Gooseberry, Pineapple, Muscat Grape, Lemongrass, Passionfruit to the barrel. After blending, we hit it with another dry-hop of its namesake hop, tying this hoppy sour farmhouse ale all together.
