In spring we like to augment this in different ways with flowers and pepper, calling aromas to take us on fanciful trips of the budding spring. In Hángjú we add chrysanthemum blossoms and Sichuan peppercorns to a light, clean saison, looking to take our spring garden walk around the West lake of East China.
