Apple Lemon Ginger

This is an all-new recipe that starts with the same apples as our Original Blend, but diverges quickly to render a cider with 4.5% ABV, about a half a percent lower than our other blends. Then we add fresh-pressed lemon juice and the liquid from pressed ginger root.
